Guest’s Visitors Policy

In house guests are not allowed to receive visitors (Day tour guest/s, friends, family members and relatives) inside the room.

Maximum Occupant Capacity per room

Casita without Kitchen: 10 adults (maximum of additional two (2) persons allowed)
Casita with Kitchen: 6 adults (maximum of additional two (2) persons allowed)
Modern Casita (with bathtub): 4 adults (maximum of additional one (1) persons allowed)
Modern Casita: 4 adults (maximum of additional one (1) persons allowed)
Casita Couple Room: 2 adults (maximum of additional two (2) persons allowed)

Casa Couple Room: 2 adults max
Ernesto Room: 4 adults max
Mateo Room: 4 adults max
Glamping tent: 2 adults max

Lake Farm de La Marre policy considers all persons 7yrs old and above on the adult rate. Children 6yrs old below are not included in the headcount and are free of charge. However, children 6yrs old below are not entitled to complimentary breakfast and extra beddings nor towels.

The farm strictly implements the policy on maximum occupant capacity per room. Should the number of occupants exceed the standard number allowed including the extra/additional person/s. The guest will be required to avail additional room for their excess person/s.

Corkage

Bringing in food and drinks inside the resort is strictly not allowed except in the Casita’s with kitchen and Glamping tents. La Cocina de Maricar and Café de la Marre can accommodate your hunger and thirst. Food corkage will be charged double its value.

Smoking Policy

Lake Farm De La Marre rooms aim to be 100% non-smoking areas. As requested by our smoking guests, we have designated smoking areas situated away from the crowd. Smoking is not permitted in common areas, inside the rooms including balconies. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place inside the room, the resort will charge PHP 2,500 as cleaning fee, to be charged upon check out.

Pet Policy

• Only well-behaved and properly leashed or contained pets are allowed inside the farm resort premises.
• All pets visiting the farm resort must be properly diapered and supervised by their owners at all times.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in designated areas.
• The farm resort holds no liability for any animal bites or injuries that occur inside our premises, including those caused by pet interactions.
• Any disturbance or aggressive behavior from a pet may result in the removal from the farm premise at the discretion of farm staff.
• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to farm property or to other guests and guest’ belongings.
• Pets are not allowed inside the designated farm buildings, including the restaurant and gift shop.

Room Charges

The Guest is responsible for any violations, stains, damages and losses to the room or farm resort property during their stay. The Guest agrees to pay for any damages incurred as a result of their actions.

Swimwear Requirements

All individuals, both on the pool deck and in the swimming pool, must wear proper swim attire. Infants and toddlers are required to wear a swim diaper. Individual can wear clean cotton t-shirts and sarongs on the pool deck only. They must also wear proper swim attire underneath these clothing items. Underwear and other undergarments are not allowed to be worn under swimsuits. NO ATTIRE (Bathing suit, bikini, rash guard, swim trunks), NO SWIMMING

Lost Valuables

To all valued guests, Kindly take care of your personal belongings since the Farm Management will not be liable for any loss.

Cancellation Policy

Lake Farm de La Marre shall not accept any cancellation/s regardless of reasons. All reservations are considered booked and sold. Only in cases of fortuitous event, force majeure, and/or for any other reasons wherein both Parties are not at fault, will the client be allowed to re-book the event to the next available date at no additional rebooking fees.
